With the exhaustive Design Thinking mindset, he have been instrumental in building "Design Centre of Excellence" with experienced in creating service design using advise from User Research, Competitor Analysis, Experience Mapping, User Personas, Empathy Mapping, Scenarios and Story Boards, Card Sorting, Information Architecture, User Task Flow, Low and High Fidelity Wireframes, Usability Testing, High Fidelity Designs and Business Requirements. Provide experience design leadership in a fast paced multi-product agile environment.
Playing leadership role in user experience process and visual design with Business strategy spanning across multiple business verticals in domestic and international markets both in B2C and B2B space. Lead as the front runner, who works with the business, technology and product teams to come up with a design vision and roadmap.
In addition to heading the web design and UX department of World oldest leading Travel Company, also headed the multiple design teams to deliver simplified and advanced user experience journey capabilities for Visa and Consular Service Industry and Travel OTA.
